Your mates are rushing and eating the meat clean off the bone because they’re assertive and don’t take no for an answer.
A common thread when it comes to successfully securing jobs with little experience is finding a way to stand out and that a lot of the time translates to being an oversabi and going above and beyond.
Going above and beyond can look different for everyone, if you're a web designer you could analyze the website of the company you're interested in and make improvements on your own to show your skills, if you're a marketer you could point out the gaps in their marketing strategy and give light suggestions about how you'd fix them.
When you're an entry-level candidate, a lot of the time your CV isn't going to take you to the finish line, and that's when oversabi comes in very handy.
